If for any reason you are not completely happy with the products you have received, we offer a full money-back guarantee for all products returned within 45 days of the date you were charged for your items, provided the items are returned with the receipt.

We do not charge a restocking fee, and we will not question your reason for returning the item.  We do appreciate an explanation, as it helps us to improve the quality of our services and products.  No matter the explanation, it will not affect the status of your return.

When we receive your return, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase.  This refund does not include shipping charges. 

Due to the nature of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns for items that we have shipped beyond US borders.

How to Return an Item 

Step 1 – Read our Return Policy above

Step 2 – Call or email to request and RIA number

  • Include your email, phone number and order ID’s.

Step 3 – Include the following in your return package

  • All open and unopened bottles
  • A copy of your receipt(s)
  • The RIA number you obtained from us

Fertility Boost Return Policy

We stand behind the effectiveness of Yiva Fertility Boost. While we cannot offer a 100% guarantee that you will get pregnant using Fertility Boost, we can 100% guarantee that we will give you 100% of you money back if you are not completely satisfied after taking Fertility Boost as directed for six months.

Please note that in order to qualify for our money back guarantee, you must take Yiva Fertility Boost for a minimum of six months.

  • The Yiva Daily Tracking Sheet showing all of the days you took the product. (The tracking sheet was included with your original order)

We recommend that you ship your package through UPS, but if you must ship with another carrier, please get your packaged insured.  This is simple and inexpensive and insures you for the cost of the contents if the package gets lost.
